What is Sit and Stretch?
Sit and Stretch is a gentle "work at your own level" exercise program that we offer to those who want to participate. It involves strength and flexibility exercises focused on improving mobility and strength.
How does it work?
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 2pm to 3pm join us in Fellowship Hall our group meets to go through a video led program to guide them on a series of stretches and exercises. Everyone participates at their own ability level. This small group supports and prays for each other.

To attend, simply arrive at the church about five minutes before 2pm to find a seat.

Please note that occasionally, due to the vulnerability of the attendees we may ask for attendees to wear masks from time to time and will notify if this is needed.
